طبق اثرات تاریخی و گفته تاریخدان های برجسته دنیا، تاریخچه عید نوروز به قبل از شکل گیری ایران بر می گردد. یعنی پیش از دوره مادها و هخامنشیان. در حدود ۳هزار سال قبل از میلاد، دو عید در آسیای میانه و آسیای غربی وجود داشته به نام عید آفرینش که زمان آن اول پاییز بود و همچنین عید رستاخیز که زمان جشن گرفتن آن در اول بهار بوده است. اما مدت ها بعد از آن، این دو عید به یک عید تلفیق شدند که در اول بهار جشن گرفته می شود[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
