این همایش با هدف شناسایی دختران توانای شهر و تقویت پتانسیل های موجود در بین دختران؛ به ویژه قشر جوان برگزار گردید.

با توجه بر لزوم به کارگیری قشر جوان و استفاده از ظرفیت های موجود و با توجه به موفقیت های چشمگیر قشر جوان در عرصه های مختلف؛ علی الخصوص بانوان، معاونت امور بانوان در اتاق بازرگانی با رویکرد نگاه به آینده و تقدیر از دختران نخبه اتاق بازرگانی اصفهان اقدام به برگزاری این همایش نمود تا راهی جهت هدایت این استعدادهای شاخص بیابد.

تقدیر از دختران نمونه استانی؛ برنامه ای طنز و مفرح و رونمایی از تمبر همایش شهر فیروزه ای با دختران توانا از جمله برنامه های این همایش بود.

از حدود 2 ماه پیش کمیته ای در این خصوص تشکیل شد که با مد نظر قرار دادن یکسری شاخصه ها اعم از مدارج علمی، فرهنگی، هنری، اقتصادی، پژوهشی و اخلاقی رده بندی صورت گرفت.

در پایان مراسم از میان 50 نفر شرکت کننده، 15 نفر از دختران تقدیر شدند که گواهی حضور در دوره نیز به تمامی افرادی که شاخصه های خود را ارسال نموده اند اعطا گردید. همچنین پس از همایش 3 کارگروه آموزشی با مباحث کارآفرینی، زبان و کسب و کار با محوریت توانمند سازی و برقراری شبکه ارتباطی بین دختران نخبه در راستای رسیدن به اهداف بانوان اتاق بازرگانی برگزار شد.
