این نشست با حضور دکتر انصاری معاون اقتصادی وزارت امور خارجه ایران و حضور سفرا و تیم های سرمایه گذاری بیش از 15 کشور جهان در سالن جلسان بین المللی اتاق بازرگانی اصفهان برگزار گردید.

در این نشست که خانم دکتر محمودیان معاون صنایع دستی وزارت میراث فرهنگی، گردشگری و صنایع دستی کشور، دکتر اله یاری مدیرکل میراث فرهنگی استان، مهندس گلشیرازی رئیس اتاق بازرگانی اصفهان و مهندس سالاریان رئیس دفتر وزارت امور خارجه در استان اصفهان حضور داشتند؛ سفرا و نمایندگان کشورهای میهمان هر یک به بیان پتانسیل ها و امکانات گردشگری و صنایع دستی خود پرداختند و مدیران ارشد ملی و استانی نیز هر یک به نمایندگی از وزارتخانه و سازمان خود دیدگاه های خود را راجع به توسعه گردشگری ایران و آن کشورها بیان نمودند.

در این نشست که نخبگان حوزه تجارت و گردشگری و مدیران مجتمع های بزرگ گردشگری نیز حضور داشتند؛ میهمانان ضمن بیان نقطه نظرات و دیدگاه های خود، ارتباط مستقیم با کشورهای میهمان نشست برقرار نمودند و زمینه ایجاد تبادل گردشگر بین آنان فراهم گردید.
